Design, build, planting, maintenance

Four services and one team. You can take any of them on its own, or hand us the whole garden from the first survey to the fortnightly cut.
A long lawn running to a timber pergola and outdoor dining table, hedges either side, low evening sun behind.

How a garden gets built

01 Site visit and survey
We walk the garden, take the levels, dig a hole to see what the soil is, and ask what you actually do out there. About two hours, and it is free.
02 Drawings and a fixed price
A measured layout, a planting plan and a written schedule, priced line by line. You see the materials before we order them and the programme before we start.
03 Build, plant, hand over
Our own crew does the groundwork, stone and planting. You get a Friday photo every week, and a maintenance plan on the day we hand it over.
Gloved hands firming a young plant into dark soil beside a tray of plugs and a trowel.
A steep back garden turned into three level rooms.
Hillside Terrace
Nine metres by six, in shade, and now the best room in the house.
Walled Courtyard
A family garden that works for a barbecue and a football match.
